Sharks- Seniors/SE

Hopefully today we'll get to swim...


800- 400 swim freestyle, 400 kick on back/drill by 50's (NO FREE)
1:00 rest


YOUR CHOICE: 10 minutes of easy drilling/kicking- all your choice (but mix up the strokes)
1:00 rest, check HR


3 sets of:
2 x 75 drill/drill/kick n back by 25's @ 1:20
2 x 50 swim/kick by 25's @ :55 (@ :50 in 3rd set)
2 x 100 kick on back (good udk!) @ 2:00, desc 1-2
No rest between sets, check HR after 3rd set.


LONG SWIM- from yesterday (which was from Wednesday): 300 IM/100 kick, 200 IM/100 kick, 100 IM/100 kick- then back up. The kick is all FAST.
After 2nd time through, check HR, then...
100 easy drill
200 swim FAST in M-R-S
1:00 rest




With fins, finish up with...
Fly drilling with fins- I'll give you the drills, in sets of 4 x 25's.
